If you are purchasing a family membership:
1. Fill in a form for each family member including all parents and children living in the home even if they are not yet CISV age.
2. Use the same "family name" for each member so we can connect those people in your family to the same registration.

If you do not all share the same last name feel free to use a hyphenated name "King/Nahachewsky Family" For example. Or you can make up whatever name you want as long as they all match "The Richardson Road Family", "The Brady Bunch", "Family who loves Plaid". Just make sure the legal names are used in the following section.

CISV Saskatoon is a non-profit chartiable organization that is run 100% by volunteers. As a member we hope each family makes a contribution to our chapter. Volunteering at Mini Camps is always welcomed; kitchen duties to adult supervision, please let us know on your next mini camp application!
