Community Visions Focus Group 6 Survey: Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP)
About Survey: Community Visions Focus Group Six: MMIP (Missing and Murdered Indigenous People) is focused on gathering feedback on what resources, support, programs, and safe spaces we should prioritize to support MMIP initiatives and help bring healing, systemic change, and justice to the victims/survivors and families of MMIP in San Francisco.

There are three sections of this survey. All questions are anonymous and most are optional, and we value whatever feedback/insight you share with us.

The first section of this survey is to help us identify what types of Projects, Programs, Events, & Spaces that would support MMIP healing and awareness

The second section of the survey is to help us articulate how the City of San Francisco can better address the MMIP crisis.

The last section is demographic questions (age, gender, zip code, etc) to give us an idea of who is completing this survey and better understand the community we serve.

Thank you for taking the time to share your vision with us. Your feedback will be used to develop a community-driven strategies report called the Cultural Heritage Housing Economic Sustainability Strategy (CHHESS) Report. The CHHESS Report is a comprehensive community-driven policy planning document that guides the focus and priorities of each cultural district and adopted by the Board of Supervisors (BOS) through a resolution.
