This agreement is between the signed WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR and RO SIMMONS of Business Lounge Dallas. THE WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR, agrees to abide by the policy of BUSINESS LOUNGE DALLAS.
This agreement is for instructing a business workshop agreed upon between both signed parties.

You will only be notified if your requested date & time is NOT AVAILABLE.
Workshops are not to exceed 2 Hours. The agenda is decided by the workshop instructor. Workshop Instructors are to arrive 1 hour or 30 minutes BEFORE the workshop start time.
Upto 40 seats are available. If tables and chairs are needed, we can seat upto 30. Specify the table setup you would like when you fill out the event rental form online at Businessloungedallas.com We setup & take down for the event and we will help with check in of your guests.
WORKSHOP INSTRUCTORS agree to pay $250 ($150 if choosing bi-monthly option) on the 15th of the month for a minimum of 6 months. The $250 ($150) is due even if there is not a workshop scheduled for the month. FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT WITHOUT CONTACT TO RO SIMMONS, CANCELS THIS AGREEMENT. You are welcome to start a new contract at the most current price.
Workshop instructors are welcome to sell products, sign up clients, and offer services WITHOUT any compensation to RO SIMMONS or BUSINESS LOUNGE DALLAS.
A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due upon completion of this agreement. This deposit will allow you to block off dates now until your agreement starts.
PROFESSIONALISM/ SOCIAL MEDIA PROTOCOL:
THE WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR agrees to represent Business Lounge Dallas with respect and professionalism. THE WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR agrees to keep their social media presence professional and not include any disrespectful images, wordings, pictures, or comments. Neither BUSINESS LOUNGE DALLAS or RO SIMMONS are responsible for promoting your event. Your event will be listed on the Business Lounge Dallas website with a photo and brief event description provided by the workshop instructor.
If the workshop instructor will be handing out workbooks or doing a slideshow, the workshop instructor must have all of the materials ready for distribution to the attendees. Free of price tags, stickers, and packaging. Workshop instructors are responsible for getting their own packets together. If a slideshow is being used, bring your laptop or hard drive. Be sure to specify any embedded videos or slides. We use google docs for slideshow presentations. A TV with a HDMI cable are available for use upon request.
I hereby grant the Business Lounge Dallas permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media ("photo") in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. Photos/Videos are available for NO FEE to workshop instructors upon request.
PRINTED COPIES OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH PARTIES TO SIGN.
