Conference Room Reservation Request


Please read our conference room policies (http://tinyurl.com/conferenceroominfo) before completing this form. By submitting, you acknowledge that your reservation request is not approved until we have received your Reservation Request Form and you received written confirmation of your reservation via email.

By completing this form, you and your organization agree to the fees outlined in our policies regarding room reservation fees, coffee fees, damage replacement and repair fees, and any other costs associated with your reservation. These fees are subject to change at any time.

*Please be advised that priority reservations will always go to our members and that we reserve the right to refuse reservations from organizations we feel do not fit into our criteria for Membership and Conference Room usage.

NOTE: We charge $1 per person for coffee. We provide mugs, spoons, sugar/sweetener, and creamer (either liquid or powder).

**We will use your email address to contact you regarding your reservations and to send you emails about Plantory events and opportunities. If you do not wish to be on our conference room notification list, please let us know at info@plantory.org or unsubscribe.

Non-Plantory members:
If you reserve your event outside of our regular business hours (9-5 M-F), you will be charged a $10/hr after-hour staffing fee to cover a portion of our cost of keeping the building open.

For example, if you reserve the Board Room from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm, you will be charged $25/hr instead of $15/hr.

Plantory members:
If you reserve an after-hours event with *more than 30 people*, you are required to have after-hour staffing.
