ICSA DEI Travel Fellowship Application
Welcome to the 5th annual ICSA DEI Travel Fellowship, offering support for the 11th ICSA meeting in Seoul,  November 3-5, 2026. To apply, please complete the form below. 

Eligibility:
  • All applicants must self-identify with at least one facet of the ICSA Diversity Wheel. 
  • Note that this award is for applicants regardless of location or financial status. For our specifically need-based award, please see the yICSA Travel Award.
  • Note that applicants may only apply to one ICSA Travel Award per year. Applicants submitting multiple applications will be automatically discarded.
  • Applicants must be current ICSA members. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.
Funding:
  • Award recipient will receive a registration fee waiver.
  • Award recipient will receive up to 1000 € for travel and accomodation. They must be arranged and booked by the awardee, and will be reimbursed by ICSA after the conference.
  • Expenses in excess of this are the responsibility of the awardee.
  • Visa costs are not covered. In case the awardee needs a visa and is unable to obtain it in time, the award will be reallocated to the next-ranked candidate.
Application Review:
  • The ICSA DEI Working Group will review all applications.
  • Applications will be evaluated based on scientific abstract.
  • Application deadline is August 31st, 2026 (23:59 CEST).
  • Successful applicants will be notified by September 14th, 2026.
