- Customized Formatting Package -
If selected, you will receive three chapters of your book converted in three distinct styles. After choosing your preferred style, your book will be fully converted.

- Custom Content Pages -
$30 packages come with one Custom Content Page. $40 package comes with two Custom Content Pages. $60 package comes with four Custom Content Pages.
If you need additional custom content pages in your book (about author, email list sign-up, other books by, etc) please state the number of pages you need. They should be included in the book file you upload on separate pages, and placed where you want them in relation to the beginning of the book or end of the book. ($5 ea. for first three, $8 for additional)

- External Web Links -
Every custom content page includes three external web links. If you need additional external links, or would like to include links on pages that are not custom content pages, please state the number you will need. They can be included in your book file as linked text or as naked web addresses. ($2 ea.)

- Internal Images -
Every custom content page includes one internal image. If you need additional internal images, or would like to include more images on custom content pages, please state the number you will need. ($3 ea.)

In order to work with your book, uploads must be a .doc, .docx, or .rtf type file. Your author name, book title, or other identifying info must be in the file name.

Images must be png, tiff, or jpg format.

Crimson Melodies does NOT proofread your book. Proof your file for syntax, grammar, and spelling. Once your ebook has been converted, we will not make changes and you will need to purchase another conversion.

Create a copyright page and ensure it appears within the first 1-5 pages of your book file. Follow Our File Formatting Guidelines:
– clearly marked chapters and sections
– use [***] (without the brackets) on a single line for scene breaks during chapters
– use a consistent method of paragraph formatting throughout your manuscript
– do NOT use extra spaces to adjust line or character placement; use only the alignment functions of your word program
– use a standard font like Times New Roman or Arial or Courier New
– use 10-12pt font for the body text, use 14-18pt font or your word program’s default headings for chapter or section headings
– be aware symbols may not convert properly; this is one reason to use a standard front

Remember:
- no charts or tables (unless they are contained in images)
- no footers or other “on page” reference elements
- all images must be at least 250px x 250px
- cover image must be at least 1400px on the smallest side, with a 1.5:1 or 1.6:1 ratio (meaning a 1400px wide cover image would need a height of either 2100px or 2240px)

All uploaded files -  your cover image, book file, and other images - must contain your book title, author name, or other identifying info in their file names.

Your invoice will list a delivery date for your converted files. Our work will begin after payment is received. Crimson Melodies conversion service requires the customer to hold all relevant copyrights to any work they submit. Customers acknowledge that by using our service, they agree to accurately represent themselves and the content of their files. Crimson Melodies is not responsible for any infringement resulting from misrepresented, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by customers. If a customer is discovered to have infringed on another’s copyright, we will cooperate with those affected in any way required by law. Crimson Melodies reserves the right to refuse future services for customers who violate the law or any part of this customer agreement.
