Dear Parents,

If your child will be a car rider at any time during the school year, please read the information below.

• Returning families: If you still have your car rider tags from last year, you do not need to complete this form.
• New families, new car riders, or families needing a replacement tag: Please complete the form below.

Car Rider Tags

• New students/new car riders: Receive 2 car rider tags.
• Returning students: Receive 1 free replacement tag per school year, if needed.
• Additional or replacement tags after that are $1.00 each.

Please complete one form per family and list all of your children on the same form.

Car rider tags should be displayed on your rearview mirror during afternoon dismissal. If a tag is not displayed, you will be directed to the front office to present identification before your child is released.

Please Note:

• Car rider tags are only required for afternoon dismissal and are not needed for morning arrival.
• Student dismissal begins at 2:30 p.m.
• The car line closes promptly at 2:55 p.m.

Tag Pick-Up

• Forms submitted by Monday, August 3, at 5:00 p.m. will be available for pick-up at Crocodile Countdown on Thursday, August 6.
• Forms submitted after August 3 will be sent home with your child on the first day of school.
• Requests submitted after the first day of school will be processed and sent home within 24–48 hours.
