I have read the "What We Accept at Our Fall Sale" information to ensure my items are accepted and appropriate. *
Required
I have created a JBF profile, and have registered to consign at the Fall Broomfield/Brighton sale (register at broomfield.jbfsale.com). *
Required
I have downloaded, printed and completed the CRIB AND CAR SEAT WAIVERS if applicable. I understand that I need a car seat waiver for the car seat and EACH base. *
Required
For consignors’ protection, alterations to the tags (lowering/increasing price or adding/removing a star) WILL NOT be accepted any time during the sale. Any tags that you wish to change the price or reduce/donate status need to be RE-PRINTED. *
Required
I understand that there is NO MAXIMUM number of items that I may bring to the sale (except shoes - there is a 25 pair limit on shoes). *
Required
I understand that as a consignor I will earn 60% of my sales less a $15 consignor fee (less if I prepay online before the event). I have the opportunity to earn 70-75% of my sales if I help at the sale as a Team Member for 4 or more hours. *
Required
POWER SELLERS: I UNDERSTAND THAT CONSIGNORS BRINGING OVER 500 TAGS, who are NOT donating their items, are REQUIRED to provide help during the sorting shift depending on the number of items tagged (Sunday from 4-10 pm). I understand that if I am unable to help during the sorting shift, my items EITHER need to be marked “donate” OR I must bring under 500 tags (based on the count in the tagging system). *
Required
POWER SELLERS: I understand that if I am not able to/choose not to work breakdown, I may pay $60 per person (depending on number my tagged items) so that JBF may hire someone in my place. I understand that if I consign and do not work breakdown or prepay for a replacement, $60 per person will be deducted from my final check and I will not earn an additional percentage. *
Required
I understand that there is a minimum $3 price for hanging clothing items. *
Required
I understand that clothing must be CLEAN AND STAIN-FREE. Items with excessive wear will not be accepted. *
Required
I understand that my items will be inspected after drop off and unacceptable items will be removed from the sales floor. Unacceptable items marked donate will automatically be donated. JBF reserves the right to remove unacceptable items from the sales floor throughout the sale. JBF reserves the right to reject grossly overpriced items. *
Required
I understand that JBF implements a "rejected items fee". I understand that for each game/puzzle missing a piece, I will be charged a $5 fee. I also understand that for every item that is rejected from the sale (for stains, rips, tears, dirt, non-working condition, missing pieces, etc), I will be charged $.25/item after the first 5 items. I will not be charged for the first 5 items rejected (we are all human and may overlook a few small things!), but will be charged for all items after the first 5. This amount will be taken out of my consignor check. *
Required
I understand and agree that JBF Broomfield/Brighton is not responsible for fire, loss, theft, or damage to my sale items. JBF Broomfield/Brighton attempts to account for each and every item a consignor brings in, but theft and mistakes during check-out can happen. JBF Broomfield/Brighton offers Premium Protection for team members for items priced over $15. This is an "insurance policy" where we will scan your high value items into a database. JBF Aurora will only reimburse for team members' missing items in the Premium Protection program. *
Required
I understand that consignor pick-up (for any unsold items) is October 14th from 9:30-11am. I understand that any items not picked up during this time will be donated at 11:01am. I will bring my ID to pick up my items. I agree to check clothing racks, floor, lost and found, and missing tag items before completing final checkout. I understand that any lost items must be reported first at pickup and if not found, via the online form by Wednesday, October 16th at noon (12:00 pm) via the online form *
