Use this form to apply to host an event at the Davis Street Park, or the VNA's property (The Heart of Vine) on the corner of Vine and Westenedge in either the boardroom or parking lot.

Preference will be given to persons, businesses and organizations that live or are based in the Vine Neighborhood.

**The VNA currently has a $25.00 fee for use of the space**
