Thank you for using the Tubestation skate ramp. The skate ramp is only available during advertised opening times or authorised sessions. Please do not use the ramp outside these times unless permission has been given by Tubestation.
We want everyone to enjoy the facility safely and respectfully. Before using the ramp, please read and agree to the following.
User Agreement
I understand and agree that:
- Skateboarding, scootering, BMX riding and similar activities involve an inherent risk of injury.
- I use the Tubestation skate ramp entirely at my own risk.
- I am responsible for ensuring that I (or the person I am responsible for) am capable of using the ramp safely.
- I will wear appropriate clothing including the use of suitable protective equipment, including a helmet.
- I will inspect the ramp before use and will not use it if I believe it is unsafe or damaged.
- I will use the ramp responsibly and show consideration to other users.
- I will not behave in a reckless, dangerous or abusive manner.
- I understand that Tubestation Methodist Church accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
- I understand that Tubestation Methodist Church accepts no liability for injury or damage arising from use of the skate ramp, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
- I agree to follow any instructions given by Tubestation volunteers or staff.
- I understand that failure to follow these conditions may result in being asked to leave the premises.
If the user is under 18Parent/Guardian Declaration
I confirm that:
- I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named on this form.
- I understand the risks associated with using the skate ramp.
- I give permission for my child to use the Tubestation skate ramp.
- I accept responsibility for ensuring they understand and follow the conditions above.
