YHALE Spirit T-Shirt Order Form

Step 1: Complete this Order Form.
Step 2: Send Zelle* payment to Enrichment@yhale.org, with note including "Student Name, Grade, Language track"
Step 3: Within 1 business day of payment, you will receive an order confirmation receipt via email.
Step 4: Orders will be delivered to each classroom and secured in backpack, 1 school day after order is placed.

FUNDRAISER DETAILS: All money raised through T-shirt sales, will help pay for YHALE's cultural events. Children's Day costs include school bus rental, as well as culturally-themed crafts, activities, treats, and decorations. Volunteers Needed!
