A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at time the invoice is received. The remaining balance is due on or before 14 days prior to your event date. If the balance is paid after the deadline, there will be a $150 convenience fee added to your balance. If you cancel your event due to any reason, your deposit is non-refundable & your paid balance is transferable to any future available date. Any property belonging to UTTP that is lost, stolen, broken, or damage, you are responsible to replace in its full value immediately.  Please enter your first/last name as your signature to agree to this inquiry contract.
