Within 24 hours of filling out this form, you will receive a PayPal link to pay a $20 deposit (non refundable) to reserve your spot. You MUST pay within 24 hours to guarantee your spot! Upon receiving your deposit, an email will be sent to you confirming your registration. The balance of the training cost will be due the day of the class.
