Request for Replacement Diploma
Notre Dame High School does not keep copies of diplomas on file.  If you wish to get a replacement diploma, there is a fee of $65 required prior to ordering.  Diploma orders take approximately 6-8 weeks for our vendor to process.  Orders placed during diploma season (April-June) will take longer; delivery could be as late as September.

The signatures on your new diploma will be those of our current administration, bishop and superintendent of school, and will not be those from the year you graduated.
