Stroke Survivors requirements: for BLAST (Building Life After Stroke Together)
All campers must be able to climb into the bus or provide your own transportation. If you need help with personal care you must be accompanied by someone who can help you. (ie: dressing, toileting, mobility, medicating, etc)
