This form created to help game streamers, game devs and gamers join our Gaming Community.

We will not ask and we don't want from you to share any sensitive information about you and we kindle request to not share anything that someone can use to harm you in advance!

By filling this form you are just sending us your Public Streaming Links, Your Gaming History as Streamer, Dev or Gamer and your request that you want to join our Gaming Community, nothing else . This Registration Form hasn't the meaning of contract or the committee by our side to include you!

After the submission of the form, it starts the testing period. we will not accept anyone who will fill this form and the reason is that the streamer should meet some criteria to be a... RebelStreamer.

Fake Gamers, Racists and even Gamers that exploit, insult, abuse or poison their fans to start their personal wars have not place to our community! Religion, Politic or Sexual Drama is not an option and It will be Ignored!

Streamer, Game Dev or Gamer Name *
You should add the Name you are using for your Stream Channel or on Socials as Game Dev / Gamer and in Capitalized the 1st Letter or any other letter like the S of our Name ( RebelStreamers ). If you have more than one, choose only one. the most beloved for you aka your Main!
Gaming Streaming Platforms *
These are not the only stream platforms that exist but these platforms are streaming almost only games and we can share them in our site. Also they are International. So, please do not request more streaming platforms like FACEBQQKGAMING or Tw1tter's PSP(disabled) Streams where people have also their real personal accounts and not only gaming avatars or gaming nicknames. we want to separate personal life from gaming & streaming life and this is the reason that the usage of a web-camera is not required. We want the gaming life be total separated from personal life or the life in work. Thank you for your understanding!

Your Streaming Channels (Links) ? *
In this Section you are sharing with us the links of your channels of the previous stream platforms. you can simple copy-paste the links and if you have more than one add a space between the links. also if it is the same name channel to all you can add the 1st link and after that only the names of the streaming platforms. for example: https://www.twitch.tv/RebelStreamers Trovo DLive.  because we have the same name on Trovo and DLive.
What is Your Favorite Gaming Video (Link) ? *
Here you can type the link from your favorite Gaming Video of one of your Streams (or the game video for the devs and gamers) that we will re-upload in our youtube channel unlisted with the description and link to the original with a description that is yours and we will use it for your Streamer Profile in our Site. we will re-upload it to prevent the destruction of your profile in case you or someone else delete the original video. When you are offline we will show this video and when you are online your Live stream ! (preferred duration of the video 1-2 hours but we will accept any video you want)
Streamer, Game Dev & Gamer Bio *
Describe your self as Streamer or as Game Dev and Gamer. (Some ideas: How long you are playing video games, how long you are streaming, creating or playing games, what games you like to play or you have played or you like to stream, or you like to play with your friends etc). The info that will be used will be exlusive game info. Political, Religion or Sexual Labels and informations for you will be ignored and i am asking you to not share them please. This text will be used in your page in our site that will have the video or the live when you are streaming and we will add it to promote you, not us. So, the more information of your Gaming Life, the better will be. There is not problem if you don't want use English. we will translate the text with a translation tool!
What Type of Streamer, Game Dev or Gamer You Think You Are ?
With this Question that is not necessary you can type the preferred or the desired category of Streamer, Game Dev or Gamer you think you are. For example for Gamers can be the preffered games you are playing like RPG, FPS, Battle Royale, MMO, Puzzle, etc and for Streamers the categories may be  Hard Core, Cozy , Casual, Proffessional , Entertainer, Variety, One-Game etc . Of course these are not the final Categories for my Site since this field is still new!
What times do you like or Often Stream ?
These answers will help us follow and watch your streams during the testing period. Also use the time in GMT time, not in your local time please. It's is not required as answer, you can skip it but it will help us a lot!
