2026 MRV Community Wellbeing Survey
How is the Mad River Valley doing? Your voice matters. Let us know your perspective on important community issues by taking the fourth MRV Wellbeing Survey.

The goal of the Mad River Valley Community Wellbeing Survey is to measure and improve individual and community wellbeing in the Mad River Valley. By asking questions that gauge your life satisfaction, work-life balance, access to recreational opportunities, and more, our community gains important insight into the strengths and challenges of living in the MRV.

Results will be shared on the MRV Community Dashboard in summer 2026, and will be used to improve data-driven decision-making, strengthen Valley-wide wellbeing and resilience, and provide transparency between MRV residents and officials. The survey is being conducted by the Mad River Valley Planning District (MRVPD).

*As MRVPD serves the towns of Warren, Waitsfield & Fayston, this survey was created for residents of these three towns.

Please consider sharing this survey with your neighbors and friends in the Valley. Robust survey results depend on community participation, we want to hear from as many residents of Warren, Waitsfield, and Fayston as possible.

INSTRUCTIONS:
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Your responses are anonymous and confidential, and will not be linked to you as an individual. MRVPD recommends completing the survey in one sitting in order to avoid answers getting lost. This survey is voluntary. You may skip any questions that you do not wish to answer and can stop taking the survey at any time. At the end of the survey, you may input your email to be entered into our participant raffle. Prizes include experiences from Gather Round Chef ServiceDeco Restaurant, and Sugarbush SHaRC
