CultureFix is requesting that your business participate in The Chocolate Affair! 

Date: Friday, November 6

Time: 6pm (VIP start time), 7pm (GA start time), End at 9:30pm

Location: Williamsburg Community Building 

Requirements:

1. Vendor will provide 400 bite size pieces of chocolate product (more is always welcome). We emphasize bite sized as this is a tasting event and participants can return multiple times if they choose to. In-house production of these items is strongly encouraged so as to promote the event as a sampling of local talent and expertise in the chocolate field. We encourage vendors to be very creative with their offering and think outside the box if they choose to.

2. Vendor will provide one attendant (more if you wish) to oversee display setup, serve, answer questions on chocolate items, and preserve display's integrity for duration of event. We request that this individual wear chef's coat/formal attire to give the event a professional look.

3. The Williamsburg Community Building will be open for vendor setup from 2:00 PM onwards, and all setup must be completed by 5:00 PM. There will be a VIP hour for limited guest tasting from 6 PM - 7 PM. Take down will begin at 9:30 PM at the conclusion of the event and must be completed that evening.

4. CultureFix will supply all tables and linens for vendors. Product will be served on napkins provided by CultureFix—no plates will be allowed at the event.

5. Vendor's name will be listed on the Scrumptious website, and social media channels to include Facebook and Instagram.

6. Uniform signage will be provided for each table, displaying vendor's name and event logo. Vendors' company literature may be displayed on their tables. Company banners are encouraged.

7. Vendor agrees to fulfill Health Department requirements for serving the public off site.

8. Each vendor will receive a $250 stipend to help offset chocolate product cost.
