OTHER SPECIAL AGREEMENTS: Please note these additional conditions to your rental contract: In the event that the renter cancels his/her rental time for a specific date, Diamond Dance Academy needs notification no later than 72 hours before the scheduled rental. If less time is given, you will loose your deposit because the studio could otherwise have been rented.  If the studio is left in unacceptable condition, or vulnerable, renter will encounter fees of minimum $75 additional to the deposit paid. You are not allowed to have no confetti, tape on the walls or mirrors, chairs not to be close to the mirrors and no smoking in the studio at any time and within 20 feet of the studio. Staying over the time rented you will be charged $50 per hour you stay.  *
