Press Operator -- Rubber Injection & Compression Molding

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50+ per hour  

Job requirements include:

- ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
- experience in a manufacturing environment
- ability to read & write in English (preferred) or in Spanish
- basic computer knowledge to enter data into manufacturing system as produced
- must be dependable & timely & willing to learn
- ability to stand for an 8 hour shift
- 3 shifts available (24 hours per day -- Mon-Fri)
- attention to detail very important
- ability to inspect parts at the press line a plus
- PRIOR MOLDING EXPERIENCE A PLUS
- pay rate is based on experience
- overtime offered as needed and as approved by supervisor

Line Inspector/Trimmer  

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50+ per hour 

 
Work with X-acto knives, scissors and Die Grinder/Dremel tools to remove excess molding flash from rubber and Phenolic parts in a safe and efficient manner. 

 Job Requirements: 

  • Must be able to stand all shift. 

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs., 50 lbs. occasionally. 

  • Must be able to work independently without supervision after fully trained. 

  • Correctable vision to 20/20. 

  • Clock into and out of jobs as work is being performed and input good and bad parts in the company’s ERP. 

  • Must be able to work well with others and explain to machine operators/supervisors when excessive bad parts are noted. 

  • The pay rate is based on experience
