Lewiston Farmers' Market Application
Thank you for your interest in being part of the Lewiston Farmers’ Market!

We are looking forward to the upcoming season being another year of continued growth and success with greater vendor input and direction.

The Lewiston Farmers’ Market is sponsored by St. Mary’s Health System and is supported by staff and volunteers from the St. Mary’s Nutrition Center, a local and statewide resource dedicated to promoting overall community wellness through nutrition, youth development, and sustainable urban agriculture programs.

Vendors interested in our summer market are asked to fill out the following application. If accepted to a market, vendors will pay a fee to participate. State licensing and insurance appropriate to vendor products will be required for participation.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance to the market. Each new prospective vendor will be asked to present at a regular all member meeting either mid winter or beginning of April. At that time, prospective vendors will be voted into the market for that season by existing members. Vendors who are selling a product that is under-represented at the market have a greater chance of being accepted. Please don’t hesitate to inquire about current market vendor makeup.

Following acceptance, vendors will be asked to submit payment and all applicable licensing. Vendors who do not submit appropriate paperwork will not be able to participate.

Market Fee
The Lewiston Farmers’ Market accepts worker member and non-worker member fees. Worker members sign up for a task to support market operations. Non-work members choose not to sign up for a task and pay a slightly higher fee. Worker members who sign up for a task but do not follow through will be asked to pay the difference at the end of the season. Please check off below whether you intend to be a worker member or non-worker member. If you are interested in being a worker member please choose your top three tasks using 1- 3 as a rating. Fees are due at the annual meeting the first week of April prior to the market opening except for new prospective members.
