The sessions will be run by Grove Park’s own ESR Level 2 coaches and each session will last just over 1 hour with all participants grouped by ability in order to maximise the benefits of the session. The sessions will be aimed at improving performance and ability with players participating in a variety of unique and different routines, drills and skill games. Sessions will be run weekly with advance payment of £25.00 per 5 sessions for non-members and £20.00 per 5 sessions for members.

Please note the invitation to participate in the Academy is extended to players who are in the second and third sessions on Saturday afternoons.
