Due to the technical nature of the virtual learning environment, I understand that a number of technical issues may occur during a live class session. If an instructor is unable to start or complete a live class session, Moving Mindz will notify you and provide either a recorded version of the live class session and/or an alternate class session to covered the information taught during that class session. I also understand that if I am unable to connect to the live class session due to technical issues, I hold Moving Mindz harmless, and will notify them immediately. In response, Moving Mindz will provide either a recorded version of the live class session and/or an alternate class session to cover the information taught during that session. No refund will be provided for loss of instructional time due to technical issues occurring during the live class session or for technical issues preventing a class session from going live.
