🗓️ What to Expect

Once your request is submitted, I’ll reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm your order and discuss your ideas. 

After payment is accepted and you approve the design, I’ll start the painting process! When your banner is complete, I’ll reach out again to arrange local pickup (Gilbert, Az) or shipping (USA shipping only).


⏳ Turnaround Time

-Local Orders (Gilbert, Az): Approx. 1-2 weeks

-Shipped Orders (USA shipping only): Approx. 2-3 weeks

If you’re placing an order more than a month in advance, it may be scheduled for a later completion — but don’t worry, I’ll keep you updated! It’s never too early to get on the calendar.
