1. Lesson Schedule
Lesson blocks will align with the Victorian public school term dates starting from Term 1, 2024, commencing on January 29th. Refer to this link for official term dates.

2. Payment Policy
Term fees must be paid in full before the conclusion of the preceding school term, not during the school holidays.
For instance, if re-enrolling for Term 3, full payment must be completed before the home time bell on the last day of school in Term 2.
Invoices will be issued via email 2 weeks before the end of the current term.

Afterpay is available for students facing challenges in making full upfront term payments.

3. Lesson Confirmation and Fees
Lesson times are confirmed only upon the completion of payment.
All lesson fees are non-refundable and will not be credited toward future terms.

4. Missed Lessons and Rescheduling
Lessons missed during the term must be communicated directly to your teacher via SMS or email.

Rescheduled lessons require negotiation with your teacher for an alternative date within the same term or following school holidays.
Rescheduled lessons are allowed as long as they adhere to all conditions outlined in this form.

Each student is permitted one rescheduled lesson per term for an absence communicated less than one week before the specified lesson.
The same rule applies if the absence is not communicated at all.
Rescheduling for absences communicated over a week before the specified lesson is dependent on teacher availability.

If a student is absent from a rescheduled lesson for any reason, the lesson will not be rescheduled again.

5. Emergency Circumstances
Emergency circumstances causing absence must be communicated to your teacher as soon as possible.
The teacher may request evidence, and rescheduled lessons will be negotiated based on individual circumstances.

6. Public Holidays and Absences
Lessons will be conducted on public holidays, and regular absence rules apply.

7. Teacher Absence
In the event of a teacher's absence due to any circumstances, students or guardians will receive a call and/or SMS as soon as possible.
Affected lesson(s) will be rescheduled to an alternative date in the same term or following school holidays.

8. Property Access Policy
No individual is permitted onto 21st Century Music property outside of confirmed lesson time(s).
