IGX at Dreamation 2017: GM Questionaire

Thanks for running games as a part of the Indie Games eXplosion at Dreamation 2017! The Indie Games eXplosion is a collection of independent role-playing games and story games run at the Dreamation 2017 games convention. The convention runs February 16–19, 2017 in Morristown, New Jersey.

This form will help us register your events. Please register your events by January 15, 2017.

If you are new to Dreamation, or would like a refresher of IGX expectations, review this: http://ipressgames.com/igx-timeline/

This is for independent tabletop role-playing games ONLY. If you are running a LARP or something with LARP-like space requirements, please contact Avonelle Wing (avonelle@dexposure.com) as soon as possible!

If you would like to run the same event more than once, you'll only need to go through the form once.

If you would like to run different events, you'll need to fill out the form multiple times—once for each event!

If you are running a KristaCon or LongCon-style event, please designate one GM as the primary GM, and the rest as secondary GMs. Each GM will need to fill out the form once. Only the primary GM will fill out the event details.

This form will NOT register you for the convention, or for the hotel. If you are running TWO OR MORE events in the IGX, you will qualify for a GM code for a free badge. GM codes will go out via e-mail near the end of January. It's probably best to wait to register for the convention until after you have your badge code. You should register for the hotel as soon as possible!

If you submit an event, and then later want to reschedule it, we can do that. Pleas fill out the form a second time with the new timeslot, and then check the "reschedule" box at the bottom of the first page.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact indiegamesexplosion@gmail.com
