The purpose of this form is to capture your interest in participating in the celebration of 50 years of Arawa Canoe Club.  Our aim is to establish a database of past members to enable us to provide updates to the planning of events to be held on the weekend of the 23rd-25th of March, 2018.  

This is not a registration for the event itself - that will come later.  Please spread the word among your kayaking friends.

The information submitted through this survey will be used for the purpose of:
1. Generating a contact database for the purpose of publicising the 50th Anniversary of the Arawa Canoe Club
2. Building a record of past membership to fill gaps in our records, lost to time.
