Every events have limited spots (19) because of New National Corona Regulations. Therefore we have protocols to allocate spots for Events, the protocols are as follow:
1. Students who sign up first will be prioritized before students who sign up later.
2. Students who put higher priority on specific event will be prioritized before students who put a lower priority on the same event, i.e. Student who put event on first priority will get the place before students who put the same event on second priority.
3. If Students put two priorities on the same event, only higher priority will be considered.

Note: All sign ups are binding, students can unregister themselves on the form 48 hour before the start of the event through this link https://forms.gle/McHwwv7otgdgaYD69. Any late unregister or no-shows will result in an automatic ban to all events during the holidays, students may also be asked to pay up to 300 NOK as a penalty. However, Events may be changed by the organizer for various reasons including the corona restrictions.
