We are a small nonprofit organization with very limited funding. We do not have funds to lay out to help.
We use our time to contact organizations on your behalf.
We will not speak with anyone without your consent.
We will ask you to download Adobe Fill and Sign on your phone so that we can get your signature if needed; and then you can delete the document if you need..
Requirements:
1) Either has a regular monthly income from disability, child support, alimony, or is willing to find employment within 1 month.
2) If there was a history of potential client being the perpetrator it could have only been against their ex-partner/abuser. Otherwise no other violent crimes are allowed.
3) There must not be a formal court order in place banning potential client from leaving the state with the child
4) Must agree to pay a monthly rent, which is calculated at no more than 30% of income, or if relocating (and no current income) then the minimum payment is based on the room, which will adjust once employment begins within the month.
5) All utilities will be included.
6) All babysitting must be coordinated through case manager or Executive Director. All children must be supervised at all time.
7) No guests are allowed in the home without prior approval.
8) No drugs or alcohol allowed in the home. If behavior is concerning staff is allowed to run a random drug screen. If positive, the client will be given 48 hours to leave.
9) Any active suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation or concern for abuse/neglect of a child or senior will be reported to authorities and if appropriate, hospitalized.
10) Clients must comply with the Case Manager on working towards the ultimate goal of permanency planning/independent living.
11) Length of stay: between 6 months and no longer than 2 years.
12) All clients must participate in a work/volunteer activity unless exempted by Case Manager or Executive Director.
13) All clients must participate in group and individual counseling unless exempted by Case Manager or Executive Director.
14) You will be required to sign a lease in order to move in.
15) Only 1 child allowed per room.
16) You must complete a Lethality Assessment to ensure that your risk is not above moderate. If higher risk levels, this setting would not be appropriate.
17) We provide security measures, confidential address, restricted guests, video cameras, security system, locked areas, keyed bedroom doors, but we do not offer security staff
Fees
*We do not require a deposit

1) Master Bedroom: $300 shared, $600 single, $750 with child
2) Medium Bedroom 1: $250 shared, $500 single, $650 with child
3) Medium Bedroom 2: $250 shared, $500 single, $650 with child
4) Small Bedroom: $200 shared, $400 single, $550 with child
