Terms & Conditions *
The Car Seat Studio – Terms & Conditions as of May 31, 2025. By booking a service with The Car Seat Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered
The Car Seat Studio provides cleaning services for car seats and related items. All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a $10 fee.

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of reservation to confirm your booking.
We accept Venmo and Cash App. Cash may be accepted at time of pick up if arranged during reservation confirmation correspondence. Reservation is not secured until payment is received.

4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for having items ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
Please remove all personal items from car seats and strollers before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

5. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some stains or damage may be permanent.
The Car Seat Studio is not responsible for wear, fading, or any pre-existing damage.

6.Liability & Safety
We clean each car seat in accordance with the manufacturer’s care instructions. Harness straps are never submerged or treated with chemicals outside of approved recommendations.

The Car Seat Studio is not CPST certified and does not install or inspect car seats. We strongly advise customers to verify installation and safety status with the seat’s manufacturer or a certified CPST before use.

While we take every precaution, The Car Seat Studio is not liable for any post-cleaning damage, malfunction, or injury, including outcomes from improper installation including in the event of a car accident.

It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to ensure that the car seat is reinstalled correctly and remains in safe, working condition. For safety questions, we recommend referring to your car seat’s manual or contacting the manufacturer directly.

7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most current version.
