Rules: All entries must check in at the registration table in the area designated in registration packet. You will receive your packet, in most cases by email, about 2 weeks prior to the parade. The line-up will be e-mailed to you with a number. You will pick up the number at the registration table. Your entry needs to be 95% decorated to theme of parade (Cinematic Christmas "Bringing our Favorite Holiday Movies to Life"); 50% of the tractor pulling a float trailer should be decorated to theme. DO NOT USE A LIVE SANTA CLAUS ON OR IN YOUR ENTRY. Your entry will be diverted from the parade if it includes a live Santa. Candy and other objects can NOT be thrown. (Candy can only be distributed by someone walking and HANDING it to spectators). No weapons or weapon replicas. Stopping allowed only for emergencies. If you have a "float" entry, please provide two walkers; one on each side of the float. Equestrian entries must provide for their own animal's waste removal on parade route. Please be aware the start time is 6:30 PM. PLEASE NOTE: The adult school parking lot has been fenced. Private vehicles CANNOT park inside the fenced area. Parade entries only in staging lot. Unloading zone is behind Subway on J Street. DO NOT LEAVE CARS UNATTENDED IN STAGING AREA OR DROP OFF AREA; Unattended cars in these areas WILL be towed at owners expense.
