We do not mean to pry, but these questions are necessary before we consider placing one of our magical BatPig's into a new home! Be thorough! Bare minimum responses will get bare minimum consideration!

"PET ONLY" BatPig's are produced under limited AKC registrations and start at just $2500USD. This discounted "pet pricing" is contingent upon the signing and completion of your pups spay\neuter contract ensuring it's altered by 10mos of age! Please note, our pet priced pups BEGIN at this price point and go up from there based on many factors such as sex, coat\eye color, structure and more! 

(Sorry, we do not produce pups any “cheaper” than this. Doing so means cutting corners we're not willing to cut. We have strict standards to maintain despite steadily increasing overhead and veterinary costs... if expecting to pay less than $2500USD on a BatPig pup please look elsewhere. Pricing pups any less than this means skipping very important steps like health screenings and DNA testing for genetic defects so please keep that in mind when shopping around for your future pup to avoid being scammed! If you’re seeing pups for less than this very important corners had to of been cut, or it’s an outright scam! Do your due diligence! Ask for references! Photos of the parents! As much information as you can! Remember... you get exactly what you pay for!)

"Full AKC" BatPig's are substantially more expensive than pets and come with full AKC pedigree and registrations featuring breeding & showing rights. "Full AKC" BatPig's are only granted on a case-by-case basis to approved homes and programs. (It's quite rare we allow others to work with our bloodlines and we do our best not to contribute to over-breeding. We'll likely be in touch to inquire why you're seeking full rights before your application can be approved.)

We also occasionally encounter "hold-backs" we place in pet homes at reduced pet rates on co-ownership, or even young adults who have retired that become available for pet placement if a young pup isn't for you.

Stairs, furniture, loft/tall or elevated beds can be a danger for bullies. Especially with the inherent and increased risk of IVDD within the Frenchie breed. Where will your new BatPig pup sleep? Do you plan on "puppy proofing" your home and restricting your BatPig pups access to dangers prior to its arrival? (All of our BatPig pups come with a very comprehensive puppy package that even includes a crate good for the life of your new BatPig! We highly recommend crate training your new BatPig pup!) *
How many hours each day will your BatPig puppy be unsupervised or alone? *
Frenchies and EB's are unlike most other breeds. Have you owned one before? If not, have you done research on your desired breed? *
Do you currently have or plan to obtain pet insurance? Something as simple as a broken leg can mean a 7K vet bill, overnight! Both French and English Bulldogs are notorious for various ailments and issues… none of which are cheap! If you do not plan on obtaining insurance, do you consider yourself to be financially stable enough to provide for your BatPig in the event of an illness or emergency?  *

Believe it or not, we really like keeping tabs on our BatPig pups after they've left. We love seeing them grow up and receiving tons of photos/updates from new families! In fact it’s an instrumental part of our process! We need to see how our pups mature in order to make future decisions about our program! If you have no intention of keeping in regular contact with us for at least the first year after your pup has gone home we’re not the breeder for you! Basically if you're treating this as a mere transaction and plan on ghosting us once you're gotten what you want... please look elsewhere! We want families who are just as thrilled about documenting their "fur children" as we are when selecting homes for our BatPig's! We maintain a private OWNERS ONLY group on Facebook specifically for BatPig families only, which is why your answer to our previous question may be more important than you think! If you can’t/won’t join or contribute to our owners group we're probably going to opt for the family that can over one that can't. Out of over 100 current pet placements there is only one family that has not remained in touch with us. Just one. We've regretted that placement ever since. The rest have all chosen to stay in contact (well beyond the first year) and remained part of our little "BatPig Family"... it's really something quite special and we're blessed with how much our family has grown over the years! That said, do you agree to stay in contact with us for at least a minimum of one calendar year after receiving your new BatPig puppy in order to provide regular updates and photos? After that, it's entirely up to you if you'd like to remain in touch and part of the owners only group... we sure hope you do!  *
Our Reservation Process: We may talk to dozens of families about our BatPigs, but please keep in mind open dialogues and discussions are NOT reservations or deposits! We maintain a waiting list (viewable online at BatPigManor.com) of people who have placed deposits to claim pups we produce before they reach the public. Whenever pups reach a few weeks of age we typically decide who stays and who goes. Once decided, any pups we release are offered to these waiting list families in the order they appear on our list until all have been claimed. If for some reason a pup makes it past our waiting list families unclaimed it'll be offered to those with approved applications waiting for a spot to become vacant on our list, or they'll be offered to the public through our application process. To claim your pup, you pay for your pup. Pretty simple. Waiting list families typically have ample notice to have their affairs in order prior to puppy selections. (For more information on how our list works, visit our waiting list page!) Pups are vet checked at 7 weeks and go home with the family who chose them at around 8-10 weeks of age. Patience and a spot on our waiting list is typically the best way to obtain a BatPig pup and it requires a $1000 (or 25%, whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit payment. Again, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on any deposit or pre-payments funds. How do you intend on picking up your pup? Are you picking it up from us in Spencerport NY? Or would you prefer we deliver? (Delivery fees using a flight nanny range from an additional $750 to $1500 depending on location, method of travel and time of year. Sorry, we do not "ship" dogs unaccompanied as cargo or freight.)  *
