Include a brief description of your project goals and the outcomes you are looking for. This will help teams identify projects that are a fit for them. 
What are the expected deliverables?

What are the deliverables you need from your project? For example, user research reports, written recommendations, system development, application development, collection or data audit, community assessment, or a data visualization? Describe the deliverables you'd expect from your project to help students understand the scope of your project.

How many academic quarters will your project run? *
Students in the MLIS and Informatics programs work on projects across two quarters (January to June). 

Students in the MSIM program are able to work on projects across two quarters (January to June) or one quarter (January to March or June to August). 

Please select "one quarter" if your project can be completed in ten weeks (one academic quarter), which equates to approximately 600-800 total work hours. These hours assume a 3-4 person group.

Please select "two quarters" if your project can be completed in twenty weeks (two academic quarters), which equates to approximately 1,200-1,600 total work hours. These hours assume a 3-4 person group.

Platform and Technical Needs
What platform, software, analytics tools, web hosting or hardware need to be used for your project? Will students need direct access to your organization's IT infrastructure?
Project Constraints and Milestones
What timelines, technologies, and staffing constraints will influence the project? What should the student team know about your project to ensure they can meet your needs?
Are there particular backgrounds or experiences that would be helpful in understanding the problem or user community?
Some of our students may have direct life experiences with the project area or community you are working with. For example: students with experience working in libraries, in direct service roles, community engagement, science or medical backgrounds, compliance, etc.
Anything else you'd like to share about your project?
Are there any conditions or restrictions that may be applicable, such as team size, restrictions on public display of company or project information, NDAs, work authorization restrictions, or intellectual property?
