Position: Community Director

  • Type: Part-Time Sales Position, Typically 3-5 days per month, but can be more. 
  • Location(s): Hiring Call:

    We’re currently prioritizing hiring for the following locations:

    • Denver, Colorado
    • Florida
    • Northern California 
    • Southern California 
    • Greater New York 
  • Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Additional Bonuses

What You'll Do:

  • Sell Activewear at events and pop-up shops
  • Build relationships with local gyms and fitness centers
  • Promote LRX products and values within the community
  • Engage with community members to gather feedback and insights
  • Share out custom apparel program with event coordinators and gym owners
  • Work directly with LRX CEO & Community Network Assistant 

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for fitness and community building
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in event planning or community engagement is a plus
