Incrypt plans to collect opinions of the blockchain community, and in conjunction with policy advisors, put out a position paper on the issue of sensible regulation of blockchain and cryptocurrencies in India. The idea is NOT to be partisan or represent exchanges only (they are pursuing their own channels), but to shine light on the pros and cons for the broader blockchain community. To highlight how "blockchain is good, crypto is bad" isn't an educated view if open public blockchains need decentralization and robustness through incentives.
