Title: Advisories to Support Student Success

Date: October 13, 2021

Time: 10:00 am -12:00 pm

Speaker: Ted Hall, M.Ed., Senior Associate, Great Schools Partnership, Portland, ME, AthenaK12

Description: If the last year has taught us anything, it’s that strong relationships between students and school staff members are critically important in supporting students' social and emotional well being. Advisory systems are one important way that schools and districts ensure every student has a strong and supportive relationship with at least one staff member. With many examples from both middle and high schools with effective advisory programs, this webinar will provide the rationale and structures needed to develop a successful advisory program.
