Camp Korea 2017 Volunteer Application

08/30/2017 (Wednesday): CIT's (Counselor-in-Training) only arrive at Squamish.

08/31/2017 (Thursday): Counselors and Campers arrive at Squamish.

09/03/2017 (Sunday): CITs, Counselors, and Campers depart Squamish for home.

Details regarding bus transportation will be announced at a later date.

CIT's: There will be no training sessions for CIT's.

Counselors: Required to attend 6 Sunday training sessions from 07/23 to 08/27 at Korean United Church (821 Lister St, Burnaby) from 3:30 to 6:30pm.

Delicious Korean dinner will be provided for all training sessions!

Prospective applicants applying for the Counselor position will have a short phone interview on July 15th. Applicants will be notified with more details beforehand.

Once selected, new counselors will be required to submit a criminal background check. Please obtain the background check after we provide application instructions and a letter confirming your participation. We cannot reimburse you for the associated fees without the instructions and letter.

Previous counselors who have attended Camp Korea will not be required to submit a criminal background check.
