This form is the only way to apply for as a Guest feature for this event. Deadline for this form is April 5th, 2025
If we do not reach out to you by these dates, you have not been selected to be featured at our event. Guests are not considered "officially booked" until MAGWest Guest Department extends a Guest contract, and the Guest talent accepts and signs the contract.
Guest talent interested in participating at other MAGFest Inc events
may not use this form. Please note that events such as Super MAGFest and MAGStock have their own processes,
this only serves as an interest form for MAGWest exclusively and not a blanket application for all events.
