Rockport Farmers Market 2020 Application
The Rockport Farmers Market is a juried market, reserved for vendors who grow and/or make their own product. Please review our farmers market policies and documentation requirements before applying. These can be found on the Market page of our website at www.rockportexchange.org.

FOOD VENDORS -- Please provide us with as much information about your products as possible. Also, please indicate if you require electricity. Cost is $30 per market. Vendors must provide their own table, canopy, and signage. In addition, Your business might require retail permitting fees through the Town of Rockport which we can coordinate. We also require food vendors to have their own liability policies.

MUSICIANS interested in playing at the RFM may also use this form to apply for up to three dates. Performance time is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Canopy and electricity will be provided. If you have not previously performed at the market, please include links to examples of your music and sound.

NON-PROFITS/COMMUNITY ORGS -- In addition, we offer a weekly non-profit booth. Non-profits may select up to two dates. Please be sure to read our Vendor Policy document before submitting an application. Cost is $30 and vendors must provide their own table, canopy and signage.

Confirmation of requested dates will be emailed by April 15, 2020.

MUSICIAN Market Application

COMMUNITY ORG / NON PROFIT Market Application
We need to coordinate and balance festival activities and food items for sale. Thanks in advance for letting us know what you will be offering at your nonprofit/community organization's table. We reserve the right to decline the sale of food.

Rockport Farmers Market Dates
Check all the dates you are applying for. If you are accepted for the Market, the date(s) for which you apply will be reserved for your business. Priority will be given to food vendor applicants committing to five or more market dates. **The October 17th Harvestfest market runs all day and is invoiced separately from the regular summer market. Also, Music is booked separately for Harvestfest. You are welcome to select the date to express your interest, however final Harvestfest decisions will not be made until July (music and vendors).
