We're so happy you're joining us for a free Intro to Irish Dance class (Level 1)! Please fill out the form below to RSVP.  For your visit, no special shoes or equipment needed; just dress to move and have fun! (And bring a water bottle!) We can't wait to meet you!

CLASS LOCATION: Center for Creative Arts ( 410 Upper Snuff Mill Row, Yorklyn, DE 19797)

Classes take place in the movement studio and last about 1 hour. (There is a parent waiting room next to the studio.)

*WAIVER & RELEASE: My Signature below releases The Harper-Kirk Academy of Irish Dance, and its Instructors, staff, and volunteer helpers from any and all liability that may result from myself, my children, or any other member of my family participating in dance lessons, rehearsals, camps, mini-sessions, workshops, parties, private lessons, performances, field trips or any function held by or including participation with The Harper-Kirk Academy of Irish Dance. I am participating upon the express agreement and understanding that I am hereby waiving and releasing The Harper-Kirk Academy of Irish Dance from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, expenses or judgments. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding participation in The Harper-Kirk School of Irish Dance classes. I understand that no child is permitted to leave the building of any dance class without that child’s parent or guardian and that The Harper-Kirk School of Irish Dance is not responsible for the supervision of any child, before, after or during any class at any location. I also give permission to The Harper-Kirk Academy of Irish Dance to use photographs and/or video of myself and/or my child without payment for the purposes of marketing, publicity and advertising. I understand that anyone found to be disruptive to another individual or group, or anyone found to be acting not in accordance to The Harper-Kirk Academy of Irish Dance code of conduct may be asked to leave the premises and/or school as a whole and be refused re-entry into our programs. By signing I hereby execute and deliver the Waiver and Release to permit me and/or my child to participate in The Harper-Kirk Academy of Irish Dance, and this will remain in effect as long as I remain a participant on any level of The Harper-Kirk Academy of Irish Dance. *
