By participating as a speaker at the Girls Who Brunch Tour event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Confidential Information: You acknowledge that during your participation in the event, you may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data, belonging to Girls Who Brunch Tour.

Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the event to any third party, without the prior written consent of Girls Who Brunch Tour.

Use of Information: You agree to use confidential information solely for the purpose of participating in the Girls Who Brunch Tour event and not for personal gain or any other purpose.

Protection of Information: You agree to take all reasonable measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized disclosure or use, including but not limited to implementing appropriate security measures.

Duration: This agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, unless terminated by mutual agreement of both parties.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
