Graduate school can be difficult and balancing your health and wellbeing can feel like an overwhelming task. Take sometime to explore wellness activities and resources offered through out the UCSD campus. A variety of classes, workshops, and info sessions will be offered throughout the day with a resource fair ending the evening.

9:00 - 9:30 AM Morning Meditation

This class is a warm invitation to take time out of your day to come back to center and connect with your breath and body. You will tap into the power of the heart space using breath and movement. You will be taking this time to move with intention and practice mindful presence.

9:30 - 10:15 AM Hatha Yoga Flow

2:00 - 3:00 PM Self-Compassion Workshop

In this workshop, we break self-compassion down into its core components and discuss a step-by-step approach for incorporating a mindful self-compassion practice in your day-to-day life as a graduate or professional student.

3:00 - 5:00 PM Ask a Trainer? GFH Gyms

4:00 - 5:00 PM Meal Prep 101 (limited to first 20 participants RSVP'd)

Easy meal and snack recipes will be provided and all cooking levels are welcome!

5:00 - 6:00 PM Campus Wellness Resource Fair

Explore interactive pop-up stations hosted by different campus organizations including EcoNauts, the Women's Center, CARE at SARC, the LGBTQ+ Center, and the Craft Center.
