Virtual Mentor Program 2025 Sign-up Form
Virtual Mentor Program (VMP) is an opportunity to be mentored by graduate and medical students from Rosalind Franklin University. This program is for high school and undergraduate students with an interest in science and healthcare, primarily from Lake County, IL. 

After completing an orientation workshop, you will meet once a month with your mentor. You and your mentor will select the days and times of your meetings so it can fit your schedule. 

To confirm your participation in RFU Virtual Mentor program for October 2025 - May 2026, please completed this form.  

Participants must be currently attending high school or college. 

Once you complete this form, you will be invited to an orientation meeting and a match with a mentor by the first week of October or within 3 weeks of completing this form.
