Community Rentals Program
The West Marin Housing Collaborative (WMHC) - including the Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT), Community Land Trust Association of West Marin (CLAM), Stinson Beach Affordable Housing Committee, and Two Valleys Community Land Trust (TVCLT) - is developing and expanding a community rentals program to help local homeowners use their properties to support affordable housing in West Marin.

If you complete this form, a member of WMHC or a partner land trust will follow up to learn more and discuss potential next steps.

We are also seeking opportunities to provide stable housing for people who live and work in West Marin and are at risk of displacement. If you are interested in providing housing to help address this need, your information will be used for follow-up related to this program.
