Guidance Appointment Sign-up
All guidance appointment sign-ups are online.  One of our Guidance Counsellors will contact students after they have completed the form below.  If students need assistance signing up for a guidance appointment, they can see Mrs. Bastien in the guidance office for help with this.

Note that guidance appointments for schedule changes will only take place after a parent / guardian has emailed permission for a schedule change to their child's guidance counsellor.  

Please email permission for all routine schedule changes.
