APA Families it's Time to Register! Complete one form per dancer.

By submitting this form you are requesting registration for the 2025-26 dance year.  Indicate any special requests for days and times, and we will try to accommodate according to availability.

Miss Beth will contact you with dance class fees per family. You will be notified of class day and time, along with instructions and options for payments. There are discounts for multiple classes per family.


Registration fee for the 2025-2026 dance season is $35 per child. Payment can be made via Venmo (@bethmayo) or checks can be dropped off at the dance studio or mailed to APA, 1 N Lafayette St, Shelby, NC 28150.

Once the registration is complete, you will be notified of the dance class assigned to the student. At that time a $35 registration fee and first month's tuition is due.

If you are unsure of the tuition payment amount, please contact the office for confirmation before sending payment (704) 484-3419 or email apashelby@gmail.com. After the registration & tuition payment is made, the next tuition payment will be due in October. Tuition is due by the 10th of each month.  There will be a $10 late fee for all payments made after the 10th.
