Members and donors who are fully vaccinated are able to attend in-person. Please do not attend if you do not feel well or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 regardless of your vaccination status. We will not check your vaccine card upon arrival. We trust that those attending in-person are fully vaccinated. If a member is unvaccinated due to a medical exemption, we request that you have a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event.

Masks are required indoors per CDC guidelines while not actively eating or drinking. Please plan to wear your mask as soon as you enter the building and continue to do so inside, unless you are enjoying our outdoor patio space.

This is an event for members and prospective members of the Nashville Academy of Medicine and donors and supporters of the Medical Foundation of Nashville.

By registering to attend this event, the individual registering agrees that they and any others they register will follow all the safety protocols in place and guests will not attend if they have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 or are having any COVID-19 symptoms.
