This will be your summer camp registration form. If you are new to Youth Creative Labs, you will also need to fill our a new student regisgtration form on our website under classes. Each student will need to have a submitted one time summer registration fee (not per camp) of $50 to hold their spot for any camp. Registration fees are used for summer camp supplies. Pricing: Camps (9-3pm) $360 / Early Arrival 8am $12 / Afternoon Sessions (3-5pm $24) (3-5:30pm $30)
Sibling Discount = 10%
Any changes to sign ups need to be submitted to office@youthcreativelabs.com by the 15th of the month before invoices are sent on 16th for the following month's tuition.
