In-Person Class: Tuesdays at 11:00 AM- 11:50 AM in Tiverton at Watson Wellness.
Weekly Homework: Receive a follow-along video to practice the skills and movements we cover in class. Delivered directly to your email—just click the link and follow along via YouTube.
$125 for 5 weeks + HST
Designed for Ages 60+ and those with reduced mobility or balance, this program helps you build strength, improve balance, and enhance your quality of life.

Physical Activity Benefits: Exercise is more than just staying fit—it’s about enhancing your quality of life. Regular physical activity can reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance and lower the risk of falls, enhance your sleep quality, and even decrease feelings of depression.
Connection & Support: Work closely with a certified trainer in a supportive environment, and experience the camaraderie of a group setting while building independence at home.
In the event that the coach is sick or away, notice will be given with alternative homework and a make up class.
