AkaiCon 2025 Approved Photographers, Staff Photographers & Press
This form applies to Photographers & Press looking to offer Attendee paid photoshoots at AkaiCon 2025 or create content from the event. This application does not guarantee your acceptance as an AkaiCon Approved Photographer or Press, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. You will be notified of your acceptance or denial as an Approved Photographer or Press, promptly, once your application has been reviewed.

*Important*

-Photoshoots must not occupy any “non-convention” related buildings or spaces – we do not have permission or are licensed to use the additional buildings outside of the Farm Bureau Expo Center & (MIT)Made in TN Building/ ETC. If you are found vandalizing or destroying any property of AkaiCon or Farm Bureau Expo Center/TN Building/ ETC you will risk legal action, financial responsibility, and removal from the convention Permanently, without ticket refund, indefinitely.

-AkaiCon Approved Photographers are required to purchase a Ticket to AkaiCon 2025. These tickets may be purchased via our website AkaiCon.com.
Approved Staff Photographers are not required to purchase a ticket, but their photos will be collected throughout the weekend. 

-Once you have been approved, you may begin promoting your availability and reaching out to Attendees to schedule photoshoots

-AkaiCon Approved Photographers are responsible for scheduling and managing their photoshoots for the weekend

-AkaiCon Approved Photographers shall obtain any licenses, permits or approvals under federal, state or local law applicable to its activities at the AkaiCon at its sole expense. Photographer shall obtain any necessary tax identification numbers and permits and for paying all taxes, license fees, use fees, or other fees, charges, levies or penalties that become due to any governmental authority in connection with its activities at AkaiCon.

- Approved Photographer certifies that they shall remain in compliance with all AkaiCon, Farm Bureau Expo Center, state and local laws, regulations, statutes and rules. They shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AkaiCon and any of its staff & managers.
